Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.
How to initiate a return
Log in at account.reflx.ch. There you can view your order and submit the return in just a few clicks. This is the fastest way to receive your return label.
Return shipping costs (flat rate)
If your return is accepted via the customer account, we will send you a return label from Swiss Post. Please note that we charge a flat fee of CHF 5.90 for the use of this label. This amount will be deducted directly from your refund when your return is processed.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a return having been requested beforehand will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at contact@reflx.ch if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return your current item. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at contact@reflx.ch.
