Terms of service

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by customers via the online shop of Reflx, Feldhöhe 38, 6280 Hochdorf (hereinafter referred to as "Reflx"). By placing an order, the customer acknowledges these GTC.


2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to order. By clicking the "Buy" or "Place Order" button, the customer submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded when Reflx confirms the order by email or dispatches the goods.


3. Prices and Value Added Tax (VAT)

  • All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF).
  • Note on VAT: Since Reflx is exempt from the obligation to pay VAT as a small business in accordance with Art. 10 MWSTG, no VAT is charged, nor is it shown on invoices.
  • The prices listed at the time of the order shall apply.


4. Shipping and Delivery

Reflx delivers exclusively to addresses in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

Shipping Costs:

  • Orders over 70.00 CHF: Free of charge.
  • Orders under 70.00 CHF: Shipping costs depend on the chosen shipping method:
    • A-Post Priority: 7.40 CHF
    • B-Post Economy: 5.90 CHF

Delivery Times:

  • A-Post Priority: Usually 3 to 4 business days.
  • B-Post Economy: Usually 4 to 5 business days.

The risk passes to the buyer as soon as the shipment is handed over to Swiss Post.


5. Payment Terms

Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the shop (e.g., credit card, TWINT, etc.). The goods remain the property of Reflx until full payment has been made.


6. Right of Return (30 Days)

We grant a voluntary right of return for a total of 30 days from receipt of the goods.

Prerequisite: The item must be unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.
